GalaxSea Cruises of San Diego in Ramona, CA, is a very experienced and profitable travel agency specializing in cruises. We are part of a the International Tours family of travel agencies. Our agency has been open since 1994. We are open weekdays from 9:00 to 5:00, Pacific Time and by apointment on weekends.

We realize that for those of you who are not in our area, the issue of our reliability is a major concern. To assure our clients around the world that we are trustworthy agency with very high customer satisfaction, we applied for Consumer ValueStar Certification. Consumer Valuestar has an extensive process that makes sure only the companies that offer truly great service qualify to be certified. They check that our licenses are in order and that we don't have lots of complaints, but the most important part of this certification is a survey of past clients. No other Consumer protection agency or business takes this step except for Consumer ValueStar.

To make sure the survey of past clients is unbiased Consumer Value Star uses the Public Research Institute of San Francisco State University to audit a survey of 100 out of 400 randomly selected past clients. We are not allowed to pick the customers they will talk to. To be rated one of the best and be "Certified" a company has to have 85% of the clients surveyed rate the company as very good or excellent. We are proud to report about 95% of our past clients gave us a very good or excellent rating. This is our third year in a row of being certified. We have to re-apply for this program each year in order to continue to be Certified by ValueStar.
