Port of Miami- Getting Around

Do you have an upcoming cruise out of Miami? Here is some information that might help you decide how you want to get to the cruise terminal - cruise line transfers, private shuttle, taxi/Uber/Lyft, or car rental.

Travel Time: Miami Airport to Port of Miami - 20 minutes

Ft. Lauderdale Airport to Port of Miami - 45 minutes

Long-Term Parking Costs $25 per day. Accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or any major U.S. Traveler's Check. No debit cards are accepted.

Transfers on the Day of Disembarkation

If you have not pre-purchased your transfers, you can book them onboard with Guest Relations. The instructions on where to meet up will be found in your room the day before disembarkation.

Shuttle Service

Taxi, Uber, and Lyft are good options but keep in mind the long lines.

Car Rental Options

There are free shuttles to the car rental like Avis or Hertz at the cruise terminal, but it needs to be booked in advance.

If you are an RCCL Celebrity | Hertz Crown & Anchor or Captain's Club member, you may be eligible for a discount for your upcoming cruise.

Many of the cruise lines will offer a shore excursion and transfer back to the airport. Take a look at the cruise line's website and check the shore excursions to see what is available.
